I went to a really fun event held by Female Daily Network and NIVEA Indonesia the other day, with the theme “PS: I Love Mama” at Twin House. In Indonesia, we celebrate Mother’s Day every December 22nd. They invited bloggers and vloggers to this event where we learned to make our own scrap frames, with the help of Cora Craft.
Before we started making the scrap frames, there were speakers like Mrs. Vera, Mr. Bawono from Nivea Indonesia and Ms. Annetta from Female Daily. Mrs. Vera talked about the importance of mother-daughter relationship and she also shared her own experience with her beloved sons. I remembered one of them asking how often we say “I love you” to our moms. Everyone literally stayed silent and smiled. Honestly, it’s something I rarely tell my mom directly but I DO love her. I just think that saying “I love you, Mom” would be really awkward, anyone agree with me? If you guys say that often, keep doing what you’re doing. And if you’re on my side, let’s try to say it more often because that is a beautiful thing to do. ❤
We were taught how to make our own scrap frames as gifts on upcoming Mother’s Day. I haven’t really finished mine as I didn’t have my own photos at that time, but surely will replace it (with photo of me and mom) soon. Going to give it to my mom when it’s finished though!
Thank you NIVEA for these stuffs! Can’t wait to try them all, especially the face wash as I have oily skin. 😛
I really had fun and enjoyed the process of making the frames because it wasn’t as hard as I thought. Another thing is, I met a lot of beautiful ladies and made some new friends as well 😀
